Levels
The four evidence states Vertapass is designed around

No file, policy, record, or owner supports the answer yet.
Attached but weak
Something is attached, but it may be outdated, generic, incomplete, or only loosely related.
Relevant
The evidence supports the answer and is connected to the right topic or requirement.
Sufficient for current stage
The evidence is current, owned, reviewable, and good enough for the response stage you are in.
